How is Bathmate used?
1) Just fill the bath with water and hop in.
2) When your ready, submerge the bathmate in water, allowing it to fill to the top with water. Now just put your penis inside the Bathmate, making sure to keep it under the water.
3) Press down on the bathmate, gently pushing it towards your pelvic area a few times. You will start to feel a vacuum being created. Any water that is surplus will be released from the pressure valve at the top of the Bathmate. You might have to pump it down four or five times until no more water comes out of the pressure valve.
4) Once you have reached the maximum pressure and cannot compress the Bathmate anymore, spend 5 to 10 minutes relaxing. Whenever you find you cannot pump anymore you can be sure that you are at the safest optimum vacuum for that particular time.
5) Every 4 to 5 minutes, try pumping down again. As your penis is expanding, this will force the excess water from the top of the Bathmate each time you pump down. You can rest assured that due to Bathmate's built in safety features, a safe amount of vacuum will never be exceeded.
6) Whenever you think it is needed, repeat the pumping process to maintain an optimum vacuum. Remember this is the point when NO excess water is expelled from the valve.
7) If you feel the pressure is too high, press lightly on the pressure release on top of the Bathmate unit. Pressure will be released. After 15 minutes, release the pressure by pressing the pressure release on top of the unit and remove the device. Stand up from the bathtub, look down and be amazed, even after only the first time, at your increased penis length and girth.
8) Repeat every 24 hours for six weeks to see maximum results.
Is Bathmate limited to the bath or is it shower friendly?
You will find bathmate is effective in the shower as in the bath. The device has been designed to ensure it will function at it's best in either environment. For many men it is simply more convenient to use whilst showering.
1) Use the shower head to fill the bathmate up with water.
2) Firmly grip the bottom of the Bathmate to make sure water is not escaping.
3) Put your penis inside the Bathmate unit and pump the device towards your body to create a vacuum.
4) Continue showering as normal. You don't need to keep hold of the bathmate and therefore can move your hands freely to wash. To ensure you have created the optimal vacuum, simply pump the gaiter every 4-5 minutes.
5) When the 15-20 minutes is up, release the vacuum by pressing the pressure release valve at the end of the unit. Now remove your penis from the Bathmate unit.
6) That's it - Just carry on showering as normal, but with the added bonus of a bigger and wider penis!
How does Bathmate actually work?
The penis shaft is divided up into 3 different chambers, these chambers are the key of our vacuum penis enlargement procedure. The chambers are filled up with blood, this is what causes the size increase of the erect penis shaft.
